IDEA Debate Exchange 2025 – Registration Now Open

Dates: 18–23 August 2025
(Arrival: 18 August | General Assembly: 22 August | Departure: 23 August)

This year’s programme features a blend of traditional workshops and new half-day deep-dive sessions designed to facilitate in-depth conversations and practical learning across a range of topics.

• Workshops led by participants on topics such as organisational management, fundraising, and educational methods

• Deep dives exploring:

  • ESC volunteering and quality labels

  • Youth projects (KA154)

  • Measuring and demonstrating impact

  • Major project challenges and lessons learned

  • Sponsorship and business collaboration

  • Legal obligations of organisations

  • Capacity building, living library, and more

• An opportunity to propose your own workshop topic (one proposal required per participating organisation)

• Networking with peers from across Europe and partner countries

• Participation in the IDEA General Assembly 2025

• Travel expenses for eligible participants from EU Member States and associated third countries will be reimbursed in accordance with the Erasmus+ distance-based grant standards.

• Accommodation and meals will be provided at the O3 Hotel in Warsaw for all eligible participants.

• IDEA member organisations: 2–4 participants per organisation

• Partner and non-member organisations: Up to 2 participants

• Self-funded participants: Open registration available for a fee of €540.00 per participant (subject to availability)

All participants must be at least 18 years of age at the start of the event. Organisations with more than four interested participants are encouraged to contact Nusa at nusa@idebate.net.
