Copyright Notice
IDEA US and IDEA NL are separate organizations that operate independently yet cooperate informally with each other. This website, a joint presentation, is intended to promote both organizations’ interests while maintaining their respective transparency.

IDEA’s rights in and to all materials on this website are protected by U.S. and international laws.

Please note, however, that, though the IDEA website has security measures in place, IDEA does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that personal information will be protected against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alterations. Similarly, IDEA disclaims liability for personal information submitted through the IDEA website. Users are hereby advised that they submit such personal information at their own risk.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York applicable to contracts to be fully performed within that State. Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be finally resolved by the courts of the State of New York, United States of America. Venue of any court proceeding related thereto shall lie exclusively within the Borough of Manhattan, City of New York.
