Verband der Debattierclubs an Hochschulen e.V. (VDCH)
The Verband der Debattierclubs an Hochschulen e.V. (VDCH) is an association for German speaking debating clubs in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Founded in 2001, it currently has over 70 member clubs.
It's mission is to promote the culture of debating in society. In partnership with ZEIT-Stiftung Ebelin und Gerd Bucerius, Karl Schlecht Stiftung and Deutsche Debattiergesellschaft (DDG), it organises the "Campus-Debatten" tournament series featuring 8 grand slam tournaments including the German-speaking debating championship.
