This year's Prague Debate Spring tournament has come to an end, once again bringing together young people from all over the world to debate topics intensively for four days, promoting competitive spirit tied with education. The event served as a place for the debate talents of individual teams to compete, but also as a place to strengthen friendships across Europe.

Over the past few days, our team stayed in Prague for the IDEA Youth Forum and we also took the chance to participate in the Prague Debate Spring tournament. As in the two previous years, we cooperated with the tournament organisers and promoted the event among our Youth Forum participants to encourage them to use their newly gained skills and knowledge.
With more than 160 participants, 43 teams and 50 adjudicators, was the Prague Debate Spring 2025 solid tournament, where we introduced and spread our work with many other people from debating society.
The tournament’s smooth organisation and our cooperation with the Czech Debate Association created a safe space also for the IDEA Youth Forum, and we are proud to have been part of this event once again.
