We are excited to invite you to the DEUS Online Debate Tournament on November 9, 2024, where high school teams will engage in debates on important European issues using the World Schools format. The tournament will focus on themes from the DEUS project, such as Euroscepticism, European identity, and the future of democracy, making it a great opportunity for novice and less experienced teams. The event will take place online via Zoom and Discord, with free registration, and each team must provide at least one adjudicator. If you need help finding judges, we may be able to assist based on availability.

19:30-20:00 – Closing Ceremony
Format
The tournament will follow the World Schools (WS) format, with 30 minutes of preparation time before each debate round.
All debate topics will deal with the contents of DEUS! We recommend you take a look at this publication, created as part of the project!
