Future of Europe Debate Tournament
Join us for the DEUS Online Debate Tournament on November 9, 2024, where high school teams will debate key European issues!
We invite you to participate in the DEUS Online Debate Tournament on November 9, 2024. Designed for high school debaters, the event will follow the World Schools format, with topics tied to the DEUS project, exploring Euroscepticism, European identity, and democracy in Europe. The tournament is especially suited for novice and less experienced teams, and will be held online via Zoom and Discord. Registration is free, and each team must provide at least one adjudicator. For those without enough judges, we may help accommodate, depending on availability. The schedule and more information can be found in the invitation letter.
The event will serve as a prelude to the final DEUS conference in Brussels in early December. Participants are encouraged to prepare by reviewing key issues related to the EU elections, European media, and polarization, like the publication created as part of DEUS! To register or inquire about adjudicating, please fill out the form!
