Registration opens for debate coach training in May

IDEA's first post-pandemic in-person event exclusively for debate coaches is now open for registrations. From May 15th (arrival day) to 21st (departure day) in Ommen, Netherlands, the event will gather motivated debate coaches and youth workers from 17 countries, creating a valuable space for skill improvement, standard-setting, networking, and knowledge exchange.

After having circulated an expression of interest form listing upcoming IDEA events among network members, debate organizations from Albania, Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, Georgia, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Ukraine preregistered for the event. The organisations are now in the process of registering up to 3 participants each, the deadline for registration being April 13th. We encourage any interested coaches inquire about registering through their sending organisations. Participation and travel costs will be covered through IDEA.
