PEACE: 12 lessons on mental health for testing
Within the PEACE project, the consortium developed 12 lessons which should help youth workers and debate coaches who aim to support the well-being of young people. As the project is still ongoing, we are glad to share them for testing purposes and collect feedback.
As part of the PEACE project, the consortium of partners under the leadership of the Croatian Debate Society developed 12 lessons for debate coaches and youth workers. The lessons are about the mental health of young people. They help coaches and youth workers recognise young people´s mental health needs and support their well-being within debate.
For now, we are sharing them so we can collect feedback. We would be more than grateful for any use of them, including your feedback in the short feedback questionnaire (below).
Each lesson is a workshop plan (60–90 minutes). The topics include:
- Burnout Prevention for Young People
- Eco on a Budget
- Focus in Motion
- From Anxiety to Agency
- Green Values Mapping
- Identity & Belonging in Times of Change
- Inclusive Debate Formats
- Media Overload Detox
- Mindfulness for Focus & Presence
- Outside the Noise
- The Representation Quota: Merit vs. Equity
- Values vs. Pressure
All lessons are available HERE
Please, after reviewing the lessons, fill in this short feedback questionnaire.
