Join the Youth Debate Ambassadors

A number of young debaters told us they wanted to stay involved with IDEA beyond the tournament or camp. Not just participate, but actually contribute. So we are making that possible.

We are launching the Youth Debate Ambassador Programme. As an ambassador, you will help us sharpen how we position and promote debate in Europe, feeding into our public campaigns and communications. You will also contribute to how IDEA thinks about EU youth policy and makes strategic decisions, opening a new avenue for youth voices to reach European institutions and shape how debate is presented to the wider world.

Participation involves occasional surveys, focus group sessions, and co-design work on our outreach campaigns and is conducted exclusively online. The programme is open to all young debaters across Europe, and everyone who applies is welcome. Participants will receive a certificate recognising their contribution.
