Session 1: Empowering Youth Participation & Democratic Engagement

Taking place on 13 October 2026 from 10:00 to 13:00 CET, this session focuses on methods to move young people from passive observers to active democratic participants. Attendees will experience hands-on workshop activities covering fundamental rights, civic responsibilities, advocacy, negotiation, and democratic decision-making. The training emphasizes practical facilitation techniques that can be tailored to various local educational contexts.

Session 2: Media Literacy, Misinformation & Digital Citizenship

Taking place on 15 October 2026 from 16:00 to 19:00 CET, this session equips educators to guide young people through today's complex digital information landscape. Participants will test interactive activities designed to foster critical thinking, examine how algorithms and online manipulation shape public discourse, and explore ways to encourage responsible online citizenship and digital engagement.
