European Schools Debating Championship 2027 to be hosted in Parma, Italy
The EuroSDC Council has confirmed that Parma, Italy will host the European Schools Debating Championship 2027. The competition will take place in a year of special significance, as Parma has also been named the European Youth Capital 2027, offering a unique platform for the championship.
The tentative dates for the competition, organised by Società Nazionale Debate Italia, are 25–28 February 2027. The core organising team includes Jacopo Moscatelli, Aurora Varin, and Marco Costigliolo, with Reja Debevc and Sara Monguzzi overseeing the competitive aspect.
