Active Youth Hub: Successful Final Project Meeting and Conference in Arad

The final project meeting in Arad, Romania marked the end of the Active Youth Hub project. Partners came together to reflect on the journey, assess key achievements and ensure that the impact of the project extends beyond its official end. The meeting was not just about the end, but also about celebrating the progress made and the youth work initiative.
LAST TRANSNATIONAL PARTNER MEETING OF THE CONSORTIUM IN ARAD, ROMANIA
The consortium for Active Youth Hub gathered in Arad, Romania, for the final partner meeting to review key milestones and evaluate the outcomes on the 16th of January. This was an important moment to reflect on the hard work that has gone into the project and ensure that all objectives were met. During the meeting, we discussed the completion of tasks and made sure that all parts of the project were as successful as possible.
ABOUT THE PROJECT: ACTIVE YOUTH HUB
The “Active Youth Hub” project, cofounded by the European Union, was designed to address the needs of youth workers, particularly those working with underprivileged youth who often face limited access to essential resources and professional development opportunities. We aimed to equip youth workers with the skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to support marginalized young people effectively. By giving better access to training, resources, and networks, the project worked to create a more inclusive environment for both youth workers and the youth they serve.

FINAL CONFERENCE: A CELEBRATION OF SUCCESS
16th of January was also the day of the final conference which provided an opportunity to celebrate the successful completion of the project. Participants from various sectors joined to observe the results and listen to stories about the journey of the project shared by all project consortium partners. The conference concluded with a Q&A session and a more informal networking break.
One of the highlights of the event was the detailed presentation of the key results that were achieved, demonstrating the tangible impact of our collective work. The participants all received physical copies of materials developed in the project, which makes it likelier that they will immediately start using them in their youth or school work.
We are excited by the lasting impact Active Youth Hub will have in all our communities and the valuable lessons learned through this experience. We are also looking forward to all the new connections we made and are already thinking about ways to implement future projects together.
